WIP Wednesday – Weaving in Ends!

at

WIP: Work in Progress

Each Wednesday I will be posting a current WIP and explaining what I have left to do. I hope that this will motivate me to not let projects languish for long.

For the last few weeks I have had limited mobility in my left arm, which means I haven’t really worked on knitting as I’d like.

Here is one project I’d really like to finish up soon – Cravenleigh Jacket.

IMG_8623I love the stripe pattern! But, along with the striping comes a bunch of ends to weave in. And, since there is a purl ridge between each stripe those ends are on the outside! So, the plan is to weave in all the ends this week and get started on the second sleeve. The actual knitting is quite simple, as is the weaving in of ends, I just have to sit and do it.

So do you have any WIP’s lying around? Is there just one or two steps left to finish up? Get to it!

Pattern: Cravenleigh Jacket, my design for IDP (not yet released)
